WHAT: The Annual South Beach Academy Awards Celebration, produced by TMG Entertainment, returns to Miami Beach for its third consecutive year. Over the years, this event has become the most eagerly awaited in South Florida. South Beach Academy Awards Party consists of a cocktail reception, dinner and live broadcast of the 74th Academy Awards Ceremony.

BENEFICIARY: Miami Beach Film Society is a non-profit organization that presents cutting-edge film in innovative ways on South Beach. The Society is currently planning the future Miami Beach International Film Festival. 

WHO: News anchor Laurie Jennings (WSVN-7) will serve as the Mistress of Ceremonies at this year's event. More than 1,000 prominent guests and celebrities, including Director Oliver Stone, actors Matthew Modine and Bill Bellamy, Miami Dolphin Dan Marino and NFL Hall-of-Fame star Jim Brown, have made the event the most successful Oscar party in South Florida history.
