Miami Beach, Fla. (June 5, 2003) - - With luxury treatments fit for the Stars, the VIP Suite-Cannes, presented by Flamingo Resort Residencies of South Beach, swept through the French Riviera for the star studded 56th annual Cannes Film Festival, during May 14 through May 25, 2003.

As the most important film and media event in the world, the Cannes Film Festival easily attracts the largest and most celebrated crowd of filmmakers, artists, producers and studio executives. 

Elegantly produced by TMG Entertainment, VIP Suite-Cannes is a complimentary and invite-only experience for the festivals elite, including the legendary Elizabeth Taylor. “Elizabeth Taylor is the essence of class and style,” said Paolo Sadri, TMG Entertainment president. “It was an honor to have Ms. Taylor partake in the pampering,” Sadri added. 

The concept of designer fashion, and top shelf products and services united in one exclusive location appealed to some of the industries best, with celebrities such as, Laura Harring, Naomi Campbell, Macy Gray, Oliver Stone and Jean Claude Van Damme all taking advantage of the opulent treatments. With celebrities attending past VIP Suite events including, Nicole Kidman, Salma Hayek, Elizabeth Berkley, Jules Asner, Lady Helen Taylor, Sean Penn, and Robert Downy Jr. 

Built upon the success of the original VIP Suite, which originated last year at the Venice Film Festival and most recently at the Sundance Film Festival, VIP Suite-Cannes brought the highest level of luxury pampering to this festival. VIP Suite will also be returning to Venice for the up-coming festival.

“Stylist to the Stars” Jose Eber was on hand as the official hairstylist for the VIP Suite. Eber is a favorite among international jet setters and Hollywood personalities. Miami based Stella Salon, a first class establishment with an extensive celebrity client base, also provided styling services for guests of the suite. 

Makeup artists from the Global ProTeam were made available by MAC Cosmetics and provided daily makeup services for guests of the suite. The ProTeam supply makeup services at film festivals, awards shows, fashion shows and movie sets worldwide.

Additional accommodations provided at the suite were body treatments by massage therapist to the stars, Cynthia Dahl, and sushi from Bond St. Lounge and Sushi Master Chef Hiroshi Nakahara. VIP Suite’s entertainment sponsor, Nikki Beach, allowed guests to experience unmatched beach club ambiance at its best.

The VIP Suite assisted the American Red Cross Armed Forces Emergency Services in raising funds and awareness to help people in turmoil in the time of war.
