WHAT: On Saturday, November 14th, history will repeat itself when the
"Celebrity Basketball Challenge (CBC)" arrives in Las Vegas,
Nevada. After the tremendous success in Los Angeles, the ball will
be passed to the "Entertainment Capital of the World." About 150
participants and guests are expected to take part in the challenge to
benefit the Amer-I-Can organization.
WHY: To raise funds for Amer-I-Can and Three Square.
Amer-I-Can (www.amer-i-can.org) was founded over a decade ago
by legendary NFL hall-of-famer Jim Brown and, since, has been
committed to preventing violence and improving the lives of youth.
The organization influences empowerment and positive change
through its Amer-I-Can program, and serves the underprivileged
through its Amer-I-Can Foundation.
Three Square (www.threesquare.org) provides relief and hope to
Southern Nevada's hungry through its network of non-profit agency
partners, faith-based organizations and schools.
100% of all ticket sales and corporate team participation fees will
go directly to Amer-I-Can and Three Square in support of their
efforts to improve the lives of many.

On Sunday, September 27, 2009, fashion will transform the world-famous desert
destination into a Poolside Paradise like no other. The Las Vegas strip will sizzle when
300 "fashionistas" from around the globe gather for the all-star, knock out event, Vegas
Style Swim, at the world-famous Tao Beach.

festival, and then the stunningly beautiful St. Tropez, the runway is heading to the

Past year's event showcased the hottest swimwear from today's hautest designers,
including Calvin Klein, La Perla, Moschino, Dolce & Gabbana, Tomas Maier, Jean
Paul Gaultier, Shan, DKNY, bebe, Guess, Malia Mills, Anne Klein, La Blanca, Joe
Boxer, and Playboy Swim. Celebrities lining the front of row of Style catwalks have
included Oliver Stone, MTV's Carson Daly, Cameron Diaz, Matthew Modine, George
Hamilton, James Woods, Ivana Trump, Jamie Foxx, Bill Bellamy, Pauley Shore, and Jose
Conseco. Actors Mario Lopez, Ali Landry, and Dean Cain, as well as Playboy®

Event Overview
Vegas Style Swim is a full-scale, professionally produced fashion and entertainment
event that consists of a cocktail reception and fashion show. Top models and
internationally acclaimed production teams have joined together to create Vegas Style
Swim.
Vegas Style Swim will showcase the collections of internationally renowned swimwear
designers, including Lucky Brand, Becca Swim, Betsey Johnson, La Dolce Vita
Swimwear, and Beach Bunny Swimwear. In addition, the event will feature a celebrity
host and renowned DJ.
